We are in a unique position where we have built strong relationships with our providers, this allows us to have open lines of communication with them regarding coverage, claims, and any questions that may arise. This also gives us the ability to fine-tune some of our plans to make them a better fit for you. We take pride in representing our clients with integrity and honesty.
We have access to updated information, many times even before it goes into effect. In a rapidly changing industry, we work to communicate those changes to our clients, giving them a better understanding of how they impact their coverage. Many times, those changes are positive improvements, but it is during the times when the changes are restrictive or exclusionary that our communication becomes even more important.
In some cases, there are grey area claims that may end up being declined. Where upon review of a claim, it is our opinion that our clients should be approved for their claim, we are happy to have them sign a privacy release to get us involved. At the time of writing this, we have successfully had all claims that we challenged as being payable claims approved and paid out by our insurers before they had to go to any secondary resource for resolution. This is an important service we offer, and it requires our clients to notify us that they would like our help.
