1. Phone consultation
The first step with using our service is to call one of our client services specialists. This initial conversation is valuable for gathering all the information we will need in order to fit you with the best possible product, ensuring that you are provided with coverage you can be confident in.
The application and policy details will then be sent to you in order to fill in and review the documents. After the application is filled in and approved it can be sent in for processing. Once the payment is submitted, you will receive a confirmation of coverage email from the coverage provider.
The process with us does not end once your coverage is in place. We will continue to be available as a resource for any questions or concerns regarding your coverage. If you need to extend travel dates or have returned early, we can assist you with the respective next steps.
