My husband left on Sunday on an unexpected trip to the U.S. He was travelling by car in what was a total whiteout storm as flights were next to impossible at the time. It dawned on me today that he does not have sufficient medical coverage because his current plan only covers him for business trips. After finding out that most companies would not cover him because he was already in the U.S. I was referred to your office. Fortunately, your dedicated employee answered the phone and both courteously and efficiently took care of my situation.
